About Me

I am originally from Augusta and I have lived in Statesboro, Savannah, and Atlanta.  Throughout my life I ran track, played football on the boy's team in middle school, and dabbled in basketball and baseball.  I obtained two degrees from Augusta University: bachelors in health and physical education and a bachelors in exercise and sports science.  At the United States Sports Academy, I obtained two masters degrees: masters in sports coaching and a masters in sports management.  I taught for three years in Aiken County, where I was a member of the HPE curriculum writing team for three years and awarded lead HPE teacher for the county. I always strive for excellence in anything that I choose to do, and don't really feel comfortable any time that I am idle in life. I always try to move forward and better myself, no matter what it is that I'm attempting and I try to approach each new challenge head-on. Currently, I am working on my Doctorate Degree. This is my 6th year at Lakeside Middle School and it has been amazing.  At LMS, I coach cheer, boys' and girls' basketball, and boys' and girls' track. Also, I am the Athletic Director, an advisor for Sources of Strength, and Teen Safety Matters Facilitator.
